I have spent more than 30 years working in a corporate environment, in teams based in the UK and overseas. This has given me a passion for understanding people and finding out what makes them tick.

During COVID, I realised that I should do something about this! I embarked on a coaching course, which gave a fascinating insight into the world of coaching, and the different techniques available for helping people.
