My Background
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 30 years in high-pressure industries including IT, telecoms and defence sales.
I understand responsibility, deadlines, targets and the emotional weight of leadership.
I bring that experience into every session, blending grounded business insight with the calm, steady presence of mindset coaching.
